I need to link my Struts app to a separate help web site such that links in my JSPs point to context-sensitive anchors in pages on the help site. If I don't know the base location of the help site until runtime, I can't put the locations in the mapping configuration file. What would be the best way to generate links dynamically, given that I can read the base location of help site at startup?
