Re: Missing dive from cloud

Press the menu icon in the bottom left corner, then dive management and then
manual sync with cloud that should perform another sync from the phone and push
the data up to the cloud.

On the desktop pc it should tell you if it’s using a local cache or the cloud
data, it usually tells you this on the very top bar.

Side note, that information isn’t relevant for anyone but me, and I will not
access cloud data unless I get explicit permission FROM that email address.

Well, on the iPhone, when you do a manual sync to the cloud and then open the
menu, what’s the status that is shown below your email address? That will tell
you what Subsurface-mobile thinks that happened.

Next, you can point your web browser at https://cloud.subsurface-divelog.org
and log in with the same credentials
and see what is in cloud storage (this is almost always correct - we had a few
annoying bugs in the past where it turned out that while the cloud data itself
was correct, the HTML rendering wasn’t… but it the dives are there, then you
know they are in cloud storage… it’s the other direction that isn’t always 100%
accurate)

Finally, what does Subsurface on Windows tell you after you opened cloud
storage? Do you get any warnings or errors?

Let me know how I can help
