Not sure but for me it looks like problems with video susbsystem.
You can check it by switching to vesa xorg driver, if vesa works well -
its problem with your native video xorg driver.
Also, would be good to test your images on different machine models
(and also in qemu) so you can more easily see what is a problem with
the image as you built it, or with the Fedora support for a particular
machine.
