You can remote-control vehicles in sumo via traci (i.e. with
traci.vehicle.moveToXY) and thereby reflect the sensor data in the
simulation.

I am trying to get real time sensor data from field and try to simulate vehicle 
in real time in suno , basically  trying to make a digital twin system. Is it 
possible by connecting sumo by some other simulator like Carla or other tool?
