Try redownloading the freenet.jar 
It looks like a corrupt file.

Which operating system are you using?

And, are you sure you have the right program? Firstly, there is no
version 7.4, I'm not even sure if there was a 0.7.4, but even if there
was, you almost certainly weren't able to connect to the main network.
