doc.pfsense.com is the official doc site.   Wiki.pfsense.com is for
staging and for non-official docs.

Well, the CSS is borked (white box to the right of logo, create
account/login is white-on-white).
But I like the feature set :-).

But it wouldn't be nice of me to start adding developer docs to this
wiki when all the existing developer docs is on the other one, would
it?...

personally...  I don't care what you do with either/or.  wikka needs to 
go, IMO, so if you want to add a development or staging area to 
doc.pfsense.org, you're certainly welcome to.  As long as we keep the 
official documentation (or lack thereof) separate from any staging or 
development material, I don't care which site you put it on.  Sounds 
like you know as much, or more, about MediaWiki than any of us, I 
welcome you to dig into it.  If you can put together some sort of decent 
layout that lets us combine the wikis into one, I'm all for it.  We have 
too many different sites as is.
