[pfSense Support] Upgrading options

Is it possible to do backup on a 1.2.3 machine and reload it with a 
fresh2.0 and reload the backup?

Yes. The only issues I've seen come up in the forum are from users who
have international characters in the config file. Delete those and you
should be fine.
