Re: [pfSense Support] check_reload_status.log
What is check_reload_status intended to do and achieve? Why does it get triggered? (Frequently as it does in one of my boxes) Kind regards David Hingston Florian, The larger question is why you haven't upgraded to 1.2-RELEASE since its been out for several months now? -Gary @pfsense.com - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

[pfSense Support] check_reload_status.log
Hi, There is a file called check_reload_status.log which seems to haven been created at last reboot and only contains always the same log message over and over again: # pwd /root # ls -l check_reload_status.log -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 59290 Apr 15 02:40 check_reload_status.log # uptime 8:01AM up 58 days, 10:14, 1 user, load averages: 0.31, 0.28, 0.22 # head -1 check_reload_status.log 02-17-2008_at_07 There appears to be 2 or more check_reload_status processes. Forcing kill and restart of all now... # tail -1 check_reload_status.log 04-15-2008_at_024000 There appears to be 2 or more check_reload_status processes. Forcing kill and restart of all now... # cat check_reload_status.log | wc -l 490 # cat check_reload_status.log | grep There appears to be 2 or more check_reload_status processes. Forcing kill and restart of all now... | wc -l 490 Is that supposed to be in /root or is that just a leftover debugging log file? Just wondering... I'm running pfSense 1.2-RC3: # uname -a FreeBSD imp.local 6.2-RELEASE-p8 FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE-p8 #0: Wed Nov 7 18:43:46 EST 2007 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/obj.pfSense/usr/src/sys/pfSense_wrap.6 i386 Florian - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
