squid is beta, there are no gui (yet...) but it should be ready for transperant proxy. AFAIK NAT works without any problems, I leave the trafficshaping for somebody else who tested it lately. Hmmm...considering the project hasn't reached beta itself yet :) If this is going in a production environment, notice that it's not a 1.x release, it's not tagged as production ready, so be prepared to support it.
