Compile your own copy? For the developers: I'd like to make the download link at pidgin.im go to the PPA for people with Ubuntu in their user-agent string. How do you feel about this, as opposed to serving them a tarball? Totally a good idea. Well, maybe instead of linking to the PPA page we should do something like what we have for yum. -khc ___ Support mailing list Support@pidgin.im http://pidgin.im/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/support

Did you disabled it yourself? Double check your logging preference may help. Does it only happen for a particular buddy? highly desired feature request: webcam support
I am using Pidgin 2.5.2 (the default and most current version on my Asus EEE 1000 LINUX PC. This line of netbooks uses the Xandros debian distro. There does not seem to be any viable alternatives WRT multiprotocol IM clients. Webcam support in Pidgin would be a very desirable and highly welcome feature. respectfully, -- Elton Woo You only live ONCE: let's make life BETTER for each other. ___ Support mailing list Support@pidgin.im http://pidgin.im/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/support
