Even in European Law, there has to be a refusal to provide the 
information on reasonable terms, and one must treat the results as 
confidential.  One would guess that reasonable terms would include the 
payment of a fee and include a confidentiality agreement.  I would have 
thought that an open source implementation would be a breach of the 
requirement not to publish.

scusate , ma sono appena passato a ubuntu da windows e non riesco a
installare la webcam con pidgin per le videochiamate come facevo con
msn...ho provato a vedere in internet ma non riesco a venirne
fuoriche posso fare. il programma installato funziona ma nn vede la
cam
