Hello, I am trying to use Pidgin for the first time and cannot connect with a friend. I have tried added my windows live messenger and also my yahoo.com ID's. Their ID shows as msn/n...@yahoo.co.uk. I get various errors at times. unable to add buddy to server list is one. When I am able to add my yahoo account, the person can send me a message and see I am online. I can see they are online but my messages are not being received by them. When I 'im' them, a window opens with my messages on my computer, but they see nothing. Any idea why not? Hi, I have been using Pidgin at home no problems, however when I work away at a particular location I cannot get connected get this error notice when trying to connect. ' Connection error from notification server ' I am using Ubuntu 10.04 and IM MSN have the latest Pidgin version. Can you help please. I have been trying to work Pidgin with a friend, my aim works finy but not my yahoo, and his AIM used to work fine but now whenever he tries to enable his account it instantly unchecks it and he can not even sign on, we have tried 4 or more of the messenger services on there and they all seem not to work, why does pidgin not allow accounts to be enabled? ___ Support@pidgin.im mailing list Want to unsubscribe? AIM has issues which are addressed on the front page of the Pidgin site (http://www.pidgin.im), if that doesn't solve your issues (after you've made sure you have the latest Pidgin) for AIM at least. I luv your program;no more stupid pop ups from AIM. But have scoured your web site trying to find out why when I send a foto sometimes it works sometimes those on the other end do not see it.I click insert; choose image; browse select foto. I see it come up click enter. It shows up as sent but the other end does not get it. Can you help me out as I can find no info on this in your web site. I installed Pidgin today and it rocks! Much more simple than trillion. I have one issue however. My yahoo, aol, google talk all work great. I can use MSN with some people but I have one friend who is running Windows Live Messanger 14 and I see his name and time stamp appear but I cant see dialog. Oddly enough if I right click and SELECT ALL when the conversation window turns blue I can see the text/dialog...Any help? file with the plugin then the Linux operating system will auto-intall it
like Windows operating systems.
I have tried with debcreator and dh_make. It don't seem the correct way.
On the other hand I think that would be a good idea to test the plugin
before I uploaded it to some repository. It has worked within any problem in

Hi Folks, Using the tool for several years and love it... But recently been hit with an annoying problem. I keep getting New Buddy Authorization requests...
