Darrin Michaels spake unto us the following wisdom:
Can someone please help me delete messages found on the site? I need
to remove them for security reasons.

I assume you mean the mailing list archives -- no. We do not and will
not remove archived messages. They are also archived on dozens of
other public web sites by now, that we have no control over, so it
would serve no purpose except to make our archives incomplete.

I do not not what more to do.I have tried everything to have my
info removed from your site and others.

Please tell me how I can have this removed from your site:
 http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gnome.pidgin.user/12292

A) that's not our site. B) you can't.

Please consult the list archives for why.

Skype is not compatible with the software licence used for the official
Pidgin code, so there is no Skype plugin supported on this mailing list.
You will have to contact the plugin authors by other means.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.

 accounts to be enabled?

Pidgin versions?

What operating system?

AIM has issues which are addressed on the front page of the Pidgin site
(http://www.pidgin.im), if that doesn't solve your issues (after you've
made sure you have the latest Pidgin) for AIM at least.

Not sure about the other protocols (do you even have accounts on the
other messenger services), though.

I have recently checked changes into the bot-sentry trunk that should
help you with this:

http://pidgin-bs.sf.net

I hope to make a new release of it soon.
