Pidgin does not support voice and video on Windows at present. The
current version is 2.10.6, 2.7.4 is very old and does not have bug
fixes needed to work with many IM systems.

Me gusta pidgin pero estoy en windows y tengo la versión 2.7.4 y quiero ver
si se puede en esta versión activar la webcam(soporte para video)como
funciona esto para Windows gracias.
