Good morning, The not authorized message is usually that your password is wrong or that you have 2 factor authentication on your account. What does the output of the debug window in the help menu tell you about what is happening? Problem Installing Pidgin with google talk
Dear Sirs, I am looking for days at the discussions in the forum but nothing solved the problem. I get that my user is not authorized. Also, when I send a message I get XMPP error (404). I figured out the problem. Application control software on my workstation was blocking the application. Thank you for your help.
