Cursor Changes to Black Circle
Various times while clicking on web pages or emails I get a black circle with a line thru it instead of the regular cursor arrow. If I click again I do get the regular cursor. I replaced my mouse and still get the circle sometimes. I've also changed my mouse drivers. message filters not working
I'm trying to migrate to a new computer and having all sorts of problems. I had a large number of message filters saved and they are all not working. I've managed to delete them all thinking that I could recreate them but the new filters are not working. after creation, I click on 'run now' and nothing happens. my mailbox size is huge and I really need to get the filters up so I can manage it a better.
