Have you checked by any chance:

   Preferences / Privacy & Security

  [x] Prevent tracking activities by known sites

I have it and I observe the problem you describe.  With the given 
setting enabled I observe the following in the Error Console:


Warning: The resource at 
"http://www.hlserve.com/Delivery/ClientPaths/Library/hook.js?apiKey=1cd76670-4aa6-4bbd-b654-60d9862728b5=web; 
was blocked because tracking protection is enabled.

Error: ReferenceError: HLLibrary is not defined

Unfortunately selecting "Unblock" from the track blocking 
notification bar doesn't appear to have any effect.  Unchecking:


  [ ] Prevent tracking activities by known sites

appears to fix the problem on my side.

WFM, SM2.40 Win7, SM2.40 Ubuntu 16.04. Now it has carousel JavaScript 
that pulls data from richrelavance.com which stalled once and took some 
time for the slideshow to load. I might suggest your either with ad 
blocking on that domain or server/routing issue.

Same here with W10 Pro and SM 2.40. I allow all cookies on Costco
and popups.  No idea what's wrong.

It's a slideshow of 6 images, that has a pause button at the end of the 
number buttons.


That's what I see in my SM 2.49a1.
