Well without some details the support people can't fix any real or perceived problems. Probably a case here were a much simpler program like Chrome does the job better so not loosing any sleep over it. I just installed sea monkey after using it for over five or six years I don't know what your support people are doing but it certainly is not taking care of your site I had problem after problem after problem. It was not just one particular all the time.
