Thanks for the lesson! :) WLS I've been using that for ages. the quickest way to do that (on a Mac) after reading the last item in a given newsgroup simply hit the "n" for new. and it asks whether you want to read next message I such and such group. I usually use down arrow to go to next message and when get to last post I type N which brings up this message. -- Phillip M.
