system ?
several accounts for logging ?
IMAP or POP ?
one or several profiles ?
and so on...

OK are you using the message filter to send emails to other PC as I see 
it SeaMonkey does not host email.


I do have it running on several machines and I have permission issues 
setting up account profiles on second machine by using filters

have you analysed the time stamps in the headers (ctrl U) ???
(I suggest to verify that all machines are time sync first)
