Every Bugzilla user has maximally one vote per bug. You'll have to find
others to support your request to have more votes. More votes doesn't
mean it will be fixed sooner, though. It's just a way of allowing to
estimate how many people are interested in this (other than the CC list
count).

I did not know how to do it ...
If someone can guide me

1. Go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
2. click Report a bug
3. select SeaMonkey
4. follow the instructions.

Don't worry if you are not 100% sure about particular choices.
People watching Bugzilla will correct what is wrong. The more you
get right the less work for them, of course. :-)

Thanks for the guidance ---> Bug 470664 has been added to the database.
It's not an easy modification for SM ... so i don't expect this
enhancement implemented before SM3 :-)

Yes but How to increase the number of votes ? (just one for the
moment (mine) )

I don't know why i create this "enhancement bug" already done in
2002 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=119977

and a lot of people have done the same request - Each one with the
status:

Assigned To: Nobody; OK to take it and work on it

So noway . SM is not what the users want, but what the developper
like to do :-) :-) :-)

Ray, if there are a lot of duplicates, then you should be marking them
all as duplicates, so then it would show that a lot more than just one
person requesting the Enhancement.

All are already marked as dupplicate ... so there is no hope for
implementing such a useful enhancement :-(

BTW: I think the whole List feature could be improved even further by
allowing to specify a comma-separated list of addresses when creating or
editing a List. Like with Compose it could just create multiple lines
when one hits Enter. You might consider filing a bug for that as well.

BTW2: In current SM2 nightlies, when you start entering an address that
matches an existing Address Book entry and you hold down AltGr (which is
needed on German keyboards to type the @ symbol which is on the Q key,
unlike Shift+2 on English keyboards) it already completes the address.
That's bug 464914.

Is this functionality present in SM2 ?

2008-12-16 Thread Ray_Net

I did not see the following in SM1, perhaps it's present in SM2 ...
Very interesting if per exemple a guy send me an interesting info, that
i "Forward" to a distribution list. but this distribution list contains
his mail adress. The following possibility permit to use the
distribution list, and easely remove his mail adress just for this
"Forward" action.

I just created a distribution list under SM and i am able to use it.
However, i did not find how to use it if i want to remove temporary just
one(or more) recipient(s).
I know how to do it with Outlook, see:
http://www.cijoint.fr/cjlink.php?file=cj200812/cijyeZ0Etl.jpg
(click on the image, then maximize the window to be able to read it
correctly)

After selecting the distribution list in a new message, before sending
it just click on (1) then (2) then remove some recipient(s)
