No they didn't. The Thunderbird council is responsible for this. As fas are I
know Mozilla only provides legal services and handles the financials (which
are Thunderbirds alone). They are also allowed to use Mozilla infrastructure
for now. I am not aware of any long term chnages in plans to get ride of them
too but for any future plans you would need to ask the TB council.

SeaMonkey in comm-central is broken. It still compiles. We are still stuggling
to get an ESR60 based version out. Future plans are not finalized but without
new developers the outlook is not positive. TB only survies for now because
they have a lot more support and money.
