Try spoofing with "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:43.0)
Gecko/20100101 SeaMonkey/2.40, NOT Firefox/49.0". If that does not
work, then try "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:49.0)
Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0".

The 2nd one worked, David. Thanks.

NO!! Do not do that. Ray_Net has Windows. Merely deleting the .dll
file will leave any registry entries and various miscellaneous files
associated with the plug-in still on his PC.

Use the Windows "Programs and Features" to remove plug-ins. This is
reached via [Settings > Control Panel].

For spoofing, I use the PrefBar extension from
. That
extension has a menulist called User Account, which allows users to
select user agent (UA) strings representing other browsers. That list
likely requires updating, which I do approximately monthly by viewing my
ISP's log of who visited my own Web site. The menu list automatically
restores your actual UA string whenever you terminate and then launch
SeaMonkey.

Note: The current PrefBar extension -- and all other current extensions
-- will be broken when (if?) SeaMonkey updates to using Mozilla's
proposed WebExtensions. Any replacement of PrefBar might not have any
user interface for selecting UA strings or that extensions other
buttons, checkboxes, and menulists.
