All support for Windows CE has been removed from our source code. This
is also true for Firefox.

I don't think so. Windows CE is actually a separate platform from
regular Windows; I don't think there is a a Seamonkey port for that.

There used to be an effort to port Firefox to CE, but it died a long,
long time ago.

Your best bet is probably to try installing Opera Mobile or Opera Mini.

Not much is being developed for CE these days. What version of CE are
you using? If 6.1 or newer then I would recommend you try Opera Browser.
Not sure if you can still get it form Opera. I had it on CE 6.1 and 6.5
and it was the best browser available at the time, way faster and better
than IE. Opera Mini is a last resort, but Opera Mobile is great. Turn
off the Opera Turbo feature - it only helps on very slow (<500MHz)
processors. Otherwise it gets in the way.

Mozilla corp was working on something, there were Betas but they pulled
the plug when MS went to 7.0 and closed the environment. I tried it at
the time, it had potential but was not there yet. I forget the name of
the program.
