Import of Eudora, Outlook, and Outlook Express messages can be done via Tools-Import. For any other import/export process you should consider using the add-on ImportExportTools. It installs and works OK in current SM 2.33.1. You get additional tools menus including import and export with a couple of format option, even pdf export for archiving. The export in incredimail is to export for import to incredimail on another PC or when installing a new PC with incredimail. I had this situation for my girl friend who uses incredimail and I was not successful. The only method what work is export/save each message separately and importing again in the other mail client. The mail client I wanted to use was Pegasus Mail. I raised the question in the incrediail forum and got the answer that incredimail didn't have an export function for importing to another mail client. I was not happy. -- User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0 SeaMonkey/2.33.1 Build identifier: 20150321194732 ___ support-seamonkey mailing list support-seamonkey@lists.mozilla.org https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey

Import into SeaMonkey works as described in my last posting. According to their website, IncrediMail plus has an option to backup all local mails into a specific online account (e. g. gmail). If you (or your particular client) let the new email application (e. g. SeaMonkey) point to this account, all the email messages should be available again. But you have to spent some money for this solution (around 25 bucks). If you want to export an incredimail from incredimail to per exemple Seamonkey. You position both mails clients to NOT delete messages from the server when readed/accessed. Then you sent a mail at a time from incredimail to yourself. Then you read/downlaod it from SeaMonkey. If you want to delete transfered mails on the server, you can use the PopTray program. ___ support-seamonkey mailing list support-seamonkey@lists.mozilla.org https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
