Thanks for your replies, I did know it was up to date but I kept getting 
that warning I showed below.I just wondered if it needed correcting and

You could click on Help > About SeaMonkey, this will bring up an About 
Page showing the version you are running. You can click on the SeaMonkey 
logo on this page and it will take you to a download page this will be 
the latest version and you can download in manually.

SeaMonkey 2.46 is the latest version.

To what version are you trying to update?
