I have been using the 2.40 release candidate.  In at least the Mac 
version, there is a bug in the File Bookmark dialog where it will not 
lengthen when the folder list is pulled down, and I had to set it to be 
longer in order to read the folder list.  I am hoping that the newer 
versions will fix that.

www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?

That's more or less the same url used my Seamonkey.
