GOT IT !
Right Clicked on Far Left "Home" button - went to "Customise".
Found AttoPlay Icon - dragged it to toolbar.
Whew !  Thank you folks for the Help.

The extension seems to allow the videos to load but keeps them 
from playing, at least on this machine.

No-Script seems to stop the downloading.
A no script tool that blocks Fox JS and other selected sites would 
be even better but have not had time to look for one.

I'm on Linux and using NoScript. Once I've hit the play/pause button the 
correct number of times it
plays or pauses, but it must be hit at least once before play is possible. I 
don't remember how
many times is required. I just keep clicking until I get the desired result.

Is there some "Toggle" in SM that I can click off
