Toggled On is HTTP 1.1 (nothing else toggled on)
and
Checked "Advertise Firefox Compatibility"

Do you have lightning installed?
If so, try unchecking "Advertise Lightning Installation"

(several minutes)

I would suggest trying safe mode and if that doen't work a test profile.

My problem could have been due to Comcast having some outage problems.

no problems playing them here... using Peppermint 9 Linux, which is 
based on Ubuntu 18.04...

They all work for me but I view them as flash.
Wonder if the default is html5 and Dr.B has streaming vid turn off?

I was seeing the same problem you were when I responded earlier. Now 
they work.


Between then and now, all I did was shut down the computer, go out for a 
few hours, came home, rebooted the computer and they all play.


I have had this  problem for as long as I have had Windows 7 on a used 
computer sold

at a local "Recycle Techs" store.
Never meant doodily until recently when I wanted to watch some video.
So i decide to try to find out why.
Not Earth-Shatteringly important, but I thought one of you experts would 
have an

instant solution !   Some Toggle somewhere in SeaMonkey ?  You Tube works !

The page never loads with  "Waiting for global.fncstatic.com..." showing 
in the status bar for me in safe mode. The loading arrow keeps rotating..


Works fine in Firefox.
