This the part I did not understand. How do you get a separate icon, just
for the browser? Do you have a separate icon, with different
Preferences? I guess that I am not used to the idea!

He's probably referring to the browser icon in the component bar in the
bottom left. Here's a screenshot:

Spot on, Chris.

Yes, Fulvio, because SeaMonkey is a suite of functions, in the bottom
left of the SeaMonkey screen, there are icons for the Browser screen,
Mail & Newsgroup screen, HTML Composer, Address Book and Chatzilla.

These are the icons I'm clicking.

Why the six tabs and why the "About Firefox" page rather than the
SeaMonkey changes page??

No-one else seeing this on Windows??

O.K., I'll keep a look out for it at next update!

I don't understand this statement, related to the Tabs, which in the
browser, nor is the About Firefox, familiar to me.I have, never paid
attention, but if there is an extra tab, I close it, and I am ready to
go. No need to restart the browser.

SeaMonkey is a suite with both Browser screen and Mail& Newsgroup screen
and ChatZilla screen.

I have SM set up to start with the Mail & Newsgroups screen and the
Chatzilla Screen. Then, when I am ready, I click the Browser icon to
start it up. This was where I was getting the extra, FF, tab.
