Don't know if it's official...but here on my OSX SM, that function has
never worked correctly, since implementation. It loads the page or two
or three BEFORE the last pageor such, I gave up on it a long time
ago and just open History, and find the right page.

you say.

Same set up - SM 2.13.2, OS 10.6.8.

I'd never even seen that! But, it works fine for me here on Win 7. SM

Well, I don't use this very much (I had to dig up a bit to find where
it's located, I use Ctrl+Shift+T to reopen recently-closed tabs usually)
but in my tests it worked fine.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20121026 Firefox/16.0

Hello all,

maybe it's an OSX related bug?
That function didn't work for me even in SM 2.13
Now I'm using:
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:17.0)
Gecko/17.0 Firefox/17.0 SeaMonkey/2.14
 Build identifier: 20121108003404

To be more specific, what mine -does do- is pick a different
"previously" than the one I select. e.g. If I pick #5, or #3, or #8 it
doesn't care, it always opens #1. Heck, maybe that's how it's supposed
to work, but that's counter-intuitive. It's certainly not n2m in 2.13,
it's been ever since the "go/ recently closed tabs" was added, long ago.
 (IDR when that was)

I had two closed tabs listed in under "Recently Closed Tabs". I chose
the second, and it came up, correctly.

I then clicked on Help->About SeaMonkey to get the above information,
then close that tab and the other tab that I had just re-opened. I then
selected Go->Recently Closed Tabs and selected the second of the three
now listed, and it worked correctly.

I must emphasis that I am still on SM 2.12, so if this problem came
about with SM 2.13, just ignore me
