Are you looking for SeaMonkey to insert all the Dear Sir/Hello Mate...Yours faithfully/See you later Stuff?? Use a letter writing program. And could you have a look at Edit-MailNewsgroup Account Settings and change the entry for Your Name to something distinctive, thanks.
