You could make it at home too, people had soda bottles with little gas cylinders that carbonated the water. The empty CO2 canisters were the basis of the local kids' bomb-making efforts, quite impressive. Dated, eh? You could make the outlet pipe some type of static mixer or a mix tube. We use these at work to blend liquids that are pumped through them when no other means of mixing is possible.
