"The Environmental Protection Agency has released a draft report entitled, "A Comprehensive Analysis of Biodiesel Impacts on Exhaust Emissions." This draft technical report can be found at the following Website: This technical report is being made available to the public in draft form to permit interested parties an opportunity to review and critique the data, methodology, assumptions, and conclusions. Comments will be accepted through December 31, 2002.
