Hello Steve: Do you calculated the amortization of the pick-up that collect the oil?? Do you calculated how many cost the 1 employed that collect the oil?? How many cost a tank of about 1 gallons? (to put in this tank the used oil). I think that collecting used oil have cost of about 0.4 US $/gallon. the restaurant has to pay for it's removal, and it gets landfilled. I'd have to set up collection contracts, guaranteed removal, and permits for grease hauling, but would definitely be able to lowball the guys who have to pay tipping fees at the landfill.
