https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=604310 I can't figure out how to report bugs to Safari and Chrome -- it seems like there used to be a way, but perhaps they customized my version so that I can't do it anymore :) Most SVG capability is part of the core Webkit code that both browsers share so reporting to https://bugs.webkit.org is likely the right thing to do.
