Getting swagger.json

i able to integrate swagger with my tomcat/jersey app and able to get 
swagger.json via the url,
however i was wondering how to get the file without the url in the backend 
java code

The question is not clear. Within the code base that exposes the swagger.json 
or by an external call to the swagger.json file?
