x509 logging: dntoasi_buf_t -> dn_buf; add str_dn{,_or_null}()
Prototype str_dn*() using dntoa() and sanitize_string() (presumably
this is only called by logging code and needs to safely handle data
from the wire).
See jam_common_shell_out() and the tripple copy (dntoa_or_null();
escape_metachar(); jam()) for why a jam_dn*() primitive isn't straight
forward. jam_dn(buf, dn, printable_filter_fn)?
