This smells like incompetent writing. I guess what they want to say is: homepc.dyndns.org is not a "Top-Level-Domain" but myhomedomain.de is one. Because if you want to be reachable from the Internet you'd better not start with own TLDs. Which leads to the question whether myhomedomain.co.uk is a "Top-Level-Domain" for Strato or not? Anyway. guys, dyndns was providing names within their own domains, technically speaking third-level names, like myhomepc.dyndns.com. Looks like now they provide the same services for any domain, like myhomepc.ch.
