How can it be quickly tested if current user will be able to perform
an specific action?
I know it´s possible to test for a credential, and also load the
configured credential restrictions, but there should be some how to
test for
"Is current user allowed to perform X action?"
$user->isAuthenticated()
$user->hasCredentialsFor('module/action')
Isn't anything like it?
