Just tell me what you're missing.
I'm using Symfony 1.0.18 and 1.1.4 both with Ubuntu 8.10,
so perhaps I could help here. ;)

Never mind... figured it out.

fixtures directory in ./data and symfony propel-load-data ...

An up-to-date how-to would still be nice.

Will this method change in the upcoming new version of the framework?
