you could do something nasty like
if(!$this->getUser()->hasAttribute('user'))
$tempSchema=$this->form->getWidgetSchema();
unset($tempSchema ['mine'];
$this->form->setWidgetSchema($tempSchema);
}
but this wouldn't be testable.
better solution is
