[Tails-dev] Tails contributors meeting: Thursday August 03

2017-07-23 Thread sajolida
The next Tails contributors meeting is scheduled for:

Thursday 03 August
tails-dev on conference.riseup.net (XMPP)
 8 pm in Paris
 7 pm in London
 2 pm in New-York
11 am in San Francisco

Everyone interested in contributing to Tails is welcome!

If you want to propose a discussion:

  - Make sure that it corresponds to a Redmine ticket with:

- *Discuss* as its *Type of Work*
- You as it *Assignee*
- Detailed enough information on the ticket

  - Add it to the blueprint of the agenda:

https://tails.boum.org/blueprint/monthly_meeting/

If you want to get involved but don't know yet how, please introduce
yourself during the meeting, and be sure to tell us what you are
interested in.

The meeting might not be the most adequate time and place to properly
introduce newcomers to the development process, but at least it should
be a fine place to know each others, and schedule a better
suited event.

Hey UXers,

Premiering this summer, ProjectUX is the show where User Experience Experts
help startups improve their products with a UX audit. You might recognize our
past endeavors as Expose UX. This year we're leveling up with a new show format
and (drumroll please) - we are happy to introduce Brandon Ward, the new host of
ProjectUX!

Brandon holds a Master's degree in Interactive Media Design from Indiana
University Bloomington. Before that, he studied vocal performance, theater, and
music composition. Brandon has 17 years of experience in the UX industry, and
now serves as Director of UX at Precocity in Plano, TX. He couldn't be more
excited to blend his passion for performance with UX as the new host of
ProjectUX.

In this exclusive interview
