Comparing this thread and #10950 it seems like what we need is a
discussion to decide whether providing a simple recording tool *in
addition* to Audacity is worth it in terms of UX.

I'll build this branch to know how much GNOME Recorder adds to the ISO
image.

It's not obvious to me that we actually got a request for that
specific piece of software; this could also be a request for sound
recording functionality, that we already provide software for.

So, please make sure that swichi tries Audacity and checks if it
satisfies his/her needs, before attempting to re-introduce GNOME
Sound Recorder.
