This is in the past, and the focus will now be on the May report, so
please finish facilitating this discussion and follow-up with the next

When we discussed this among core workers, our conclusion is that
a reminder was perhaps overkill: we all need a working personal
calendar system for many other reasons anyway.

We already have allocated them and anonym volunteered to update that
blueprint: scope, goals, who, when, how.

Yes, modulo I don't expect copy'n'paste will be good enough
in the general case.

2021-05-12 Thread emma peel

ignifugo:

- gitlab change alone the formatting of some issues links

- I have the suspect that the flavour of the markdown is different from ikiwiki
(who have to publish and have problem, tell me that maybe I can help)

I published a couple of reports with this new format, and after fighting with
the gitlab formatting issues, I decided to write the reports in a local
instance of the website, building it to see the changes and correct errors.

Once I was happy with the results, I copied my file on gitlab.

Ok, but pratically.. we use the same method?

Email to remember the task.. and

Any core workers have to write themself here for shifts:

https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/tails/blueprints/-/wikis/monthly_report

and Anonym will change the template for the next month and who do the
report will copy/paste 3 highlights for each team?

is it correct?

Hem I try to list some problem that I met:

- in the report of the team the biggest information are about work in
progress that are in the past month but available for our user in the
next month,

so this in my opinion change the prospective of the report

- I feel discomfort choosing what is private and what not from the teams
report to copy/paste in the monthly report, I used only the Foundation
teams report with highlights

- I took content from here:
https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/groups/tails/-/milestones but is in a
different temporal structure than the calendar before, but maybe I have
to take the habits

- I checked the links of the issues to be sure that are public gitlab page

- gitlab change alone the formatting of some issues links

- I have the suspect that the flavour of the markdown is different from
ikiwiki (who have to publish and have problem, tell me that maybe I can
help)
