Hi,
You'll also need to copy the two files below into the folder where the
window-eyes files are located, for example f:\wineyes:

C:\Windows\System32\gwhk64.dll
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\gwmhook.dll

If you have a Window-eyes 9 or 9.1 cd just run the install window-eyes
mobile from the advance button. It'll guide you through and copy the
two above files to your media card as well.

don't copy the gwmicro folder--just the window-eyes folder.

Hello. I did read the manual and the knowledge base article,
amwondering to get the wE version running on a USB drive, would I copy
the gwmicro folder in the program files in the hard drive in that
folder, then copy the folder in the program data folder, then would go
over to the apdata under my user name in the local folder and copy the
gwmicro folder and the roming folder there is my profile and settings
would I also copy that and put all of the folders on to a usb drive,
and
also create that auto run file and put that on the thumb drive as
well?

Hi. I shortened the subject line for obvious reasons.
It looks like the previous person put their entire email in the subject
line, instead of the body. Anyways, if you know for sure that office
2010 is installed, you should be able to find it using the search
feature in the start menu. Other than that, it might be time to get an
installer for office 2010 if such exists, or find an instalation cd or
dvd if that exists too. I'm one of the very few human beings who don't
have office. I hope this helps, though.

Whenever I start up my computer a strange program comes up before W E opens
up. I cannot make out its correct name but it is something like "bbk
update.exe". I get a message asking if I want to allow it to make changes. I
invariably reply "no" and then W E opens up and everything is normal from
then on. I'M SORRY THAT I CAN'T BE MORE PRECISE AS TO THE CORRECT NAME OF
THE PROGRAM BUT CAN ANY ONE MAKE AN EDUCATED GUESS AGE AS TO WHAT IT IS AND
WHAT IT IS GRYING TO DO. More particfularly can any one suggest how to get
rid of it. I havge tried numerous times to find where it is on my computer
but been unable to do so. I would be grateful for suggestions.

Thanks
