an interesting miranda problem
Hey guys, Something interesting has come up with mranda ng. For some reason at the bottom of the list of my fb friends, i have a thing that says group chat rooms. Then there are 3 things in it, and they say ID, then a big long number. I have no idea what this is. My miranda ng is showing me on line, and i can send messages out, but for some reason, over the last day, none of the messages people send me on fb are coming in. Any ideas? Re: bouncing message warning email , how do I fix this?
Hi. I don't know if this is a permanent fix, but usually, unsubscribing from the list, waiting for about a day or so and then re-subscribing usually fixes the issue. and sometimes less than a day does it too. Amazon search help needed, please
Hi all, I don't know if this is a Window Eyes issue or not. Whenever I do a search on Amazon these days, no matter how many items the search says are available, I can only see about 30, over 2 pages. I used to be able to look at about 20 pages at a time. I think that I am on the sight for devices, rather than the main site. I always liked this site because it is easier to navigate. Version 8 still has the same protection as 9 as far as the Virus database goes, according to what tech support told me. hi go to your start menu and type default audio player. you should get a list of different apps, and Winamp should be one of them. Window-eyes will most likely see them as buttons, so just press the spacebar on it and it should work. Alternatively you can set that in Winamp itself, although Windows 10 makes the process a little easier. Re: Mipony and Window-eyes
Hi Don, I use an older version, but here are some ideas that might help you. First, it is always helpful to have your first link pasted to your clipboard before opening Mipony. To get to the add links screen, if it did not open automatically, press alt-a. Note, my version does not do this command. Tab to the add links screen and press your context (applications) key and arrow down to paste and detect links. Shift-tab to the files list and make sure the ones you want are checked. Press alt-d to get to the downloads screen. Note again, my version does not do this. If your version does not work with these keys, do the following: Press your numpad 3 or 9. For whatever reason, the 3 takes you to the top of the screen rather than the bottom. Do a ctrl-shift-f and search for add links or downloads and left-click the appropriate button with your mouse (the button above the numpad 8. After selecting the files you want to download, do the following: Press control-shift-F and search for download selected. Form this point, on the mouse screen, you can choose either this option or move to download selected to folder and left-click the option of your choice. You should be able to navigate the downloads list as in previous versions to check status of downloads. If not, tab once or find a file in the list with the mouse keys and left-click it and you should be in the list. There are options in the context menu that work well. I got the alt-a and alt-d commands from my brother, on who's computer these commands work. Happy Miponying! Carol On 3/26/2016 12:25 AM, Donald L.
