there is a fix. just run it as admin. this should fix the issue.

the top instead of the bottom. I also set it to start in the invisible
interface. Aside that though, I've done absolutely nothing! You don't
suppose this is a Windows 8.1 compatibility issue, do ya? I know some
programs I've seen worked in Windows 8, but not 8.1, so just figured I'd
ask. What the heck else can I try? I'm out of options.
