When I used office 2007 which is what I was using before 2016 I would go to the tools menu and arrow down to Empty Deleted Folder. But now I can not find an option like this in the 2016 ribbon. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Dave "Life is too short for drama & petty things, So kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly." Hello there, You may turn off the reading pane, and see if it's better. I'm using Outlook 2010. Press Alt. Arrow right to View. Tab down to Reading Pane. Press space bar. Arrow down to, off. This may help. -Original Message- From: Talk [mailto:talk-bounces+gasbedard=videotron...@lists.window-eyes.com] On Behalf Of CJ &AA MAY via Talk Sent: September-10-16 4:55 AM To: talk@lists.window-eyes.com Subject: reading e-mails in Outlook which appear in table format I think I may have accidentally change some sort of setting as several e-mails in Outlook are now arriving in table format and are virtually impossible to read, unless I use the mouse. I don't know what I've done but is there a work-around for such e-mails? With my outlook express, my messages were arranged with the oldest on the top in date ascending order so that the newest were at the end. However, with my outlook 2007, the newest are listed first. How do I reverse this to get the latest listed at the end? Thanks. RE: Question about opening PDF File
Hello Chris, I never heard of QRead. Can you tell us more about it? Where to get it, how much is it? Thanks. -Original Message- From: Talk [mailto:talk-bounces+gasbedard=videotron...@lists.window-eyes.com] On Behalf Of Chris Grabowski via Talk Sent: February-11-16 9:20 AM To: Barbara; Window-Eyes Discussion List; 'Robert Ringwald' Subject: RE: Question about opening PDF File For me, I use QRead to open PDF files. It seems to work well and it will remember the position of the file when you reopen it. Control pageup will take you to the previous page. I realize circumstances and personal preferences are different. Dealing with a 67 page PDF document would drive me nuts. I just go ahead and save it to text and read it in word. I can start and stop easier and create a bookmark to use so I do not need to either read the entire document or go through a big task of finding my previous spot. I know you can note the PDF page number and go directly to it. Like I said this is just an idea if it fits for you.
