Speak Tooltips in IE 11
Hi When I move the physical mouse over a webpage in IE 11 and a tooltip pops up, WE does not speak the text. How do I get WE to speak the tooltip? I’m using WE 9.2, IE 11 and Windows 7. Reading with the physical mouse in WE 9.2
The 9.2 readme says that reading with the physical mouse in IE 11 has been improved. Does this mean that reading with the physical mouse with 9.2 in IE 11 is about as good as reading with the physical mouse in IE 8 has been? I do a lot of web page reading with the physical mouse and don't want to upgrade to IE 11 until I have reason to believe mouse reading will work pretty well. I don't know if I could revert to IE 8 once I go to IE 11.
